Being the obsessively rational people we are, we initially evaluated several possible wedding locations along a number of complicated dimensions e.g. ease of access, attractiveness, cost, etc… and gave each location a score.  Once that was done, we threw away the scores and decided that the best place for us to get married was Lyme (which had actually scored quite low!).

Lyme was Julie’s “home” in the US while she was growing up. It’s the place where she spent all of her summers learning how to make wrought iron fixtures, build apple guns, read in English and bake blueberry pancakes. Adam & Julie have spent some wonderful times there together with Julie's family. It’s a place for sharing special moments with family and friends and we can’t wait to have you all discover it!
